I seat for IELTS and my bands are just 6bands each time, I am near to send fulldocs dead line, my cousine is consultant and lawyer in Canada, I must have to score 67points with IELTS but I scored only 65bands and I not completly get Language score,
we can submit some proofs OR evidence testifying proficiency in English?

At the most you can submit written explanation regarding your proficiency in English, but the VO may or may not consider it and give you enough points to qualify.
No other substitute is available.

I am not sure how soon your full doc dead line is.

I remember one of the consultants told me to take French test even though I dont speak at all.

I can get a few (very a few but still help) points from the 2nd language, you know., multiple choices....get give you some points.

It was before I got the AEO, so my points were not enought...I thought it was funny but useful advice.

If you are only 2 scores short. you migth as well try that way..?

Why not sit for it again? I don't think it's very difficult to get 6.5.

yes its not difficult toget 6.5 but its difficult to get L:7.5 R:6.5 W:6.5 S: 6.5 or more to get full points for language.
