hi I have cleared may Ilets with overall 7 Bands and

6.5 Speaking
6.5 REading
7.5 Writting
7 Listening

And I have 4 years of Exp in IT as a software Engineer (Not in Management)..

I Know i am not eligible for PR .BUt if i complete one year of Course for HUmber or soomething .Will I be Eligible after that?.

What all other ways I can get PR as soon as possible

After completing 1 years of study in canada, You will be eligible to apply as Canadian experience class and may get PR there.

You may also get open work permit after completing 1 year of study there.

But for Canadian experience class..I need to show 1 year canadian work exp also in case i didn't get job within the work permit given to me ..THen?

Additionally, Canada Federal Skilled Worker (Professional) applicants must attain at least 67 points based on Citizenship and Immigration Canada's (CIC) immigration selection factors.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements. They must have:

* Successfully completed a program of study of at least two academic years at a Canadian post-secondary educational institution;

* Moderate or basic language skills, depending on the skill level of their occupation.

2 - Temporary Foreign Workers
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements. They must have:

* Obtained at least two years of skilled, professional or technical work experience within 36 months of the application date; and
* Moderate or basic language skills, depending on the skill level of their occupation

Canada experience class require 2 years study + 1 year work permit....

Federal Skill Worker require 1 year study or work in canada.....

I am sure, you can score 67 or above, go to canada either on study permit or work permit, live there for atleast 1 year and apply for canada PR.

Your work experience need not to be in 38 demand list....

You are in FSW Category 2
* Have been living in Canada with legal status as a Temporary Foreign Worker or an international student for at least one year; or
