I've been using WIND for last 1 year in Toronto and now have to leave it as I'm moving back to Sarnia, ON. The most important reason that I went for WIND was their $20/mo add-on for unlimited long distance calling to Bangladesh. I also enjoyed $10/mo unlimited data and no headache for evening/weekends. Previously, I had been a FIDO user for 6 straight years.
Unfortunately, neither WIND nor MobileCity has coverage in Sarnia. CityFido is probably not available there as well; besides it's not that cheap either. I'm aware of the calling cards, but using WIND will give me a hard time to adjust with it again. I read QORAX's post re: cheap home phone deals but that doesn't include Bangladesh. I will probably go with COGECO for internet (may bundle it with a basic home phone for cheaper rate). COGECO phones have long distance rates available, but again not for Bangladesh.
So, anyone has idea on any cell phone carrirer (or land phones) in SARNIA that may have int'l calling feature to BANGLADESH?
