She needs to get officially divorced before you marry her. Otherwise IRCC will not recognize the marriage.

So yes, you can sponsor her as long as she gets legally divorced first and you get married only after she has officially divorced her first husband.

You will most likely require her ex's written authorization in order to bring the 2 children to Canada.
