Today when i check my tracking application they said your processed passport has been farwarded to canda visa office islamabad?
What does it mean ? Kindly let me know please

If you have opted for courier delivery then you may receive your passport wirhin next couple of days but of you have opted for self pickup then you will receive a message from VFS when your passport is available with them for you to pickup.

But when my biomatric done they give me back my passport they said you gonna receive your decision through email thats why i m asking how manys days after i will receive email

The gist of your message suggested that your passport was already with IRCC and they had arrived at a decision and were in the process of returning your passport. Did you apply online?

I apply paper application brother

It is really strange VFS has no authority to decide on your visa application. The SOP for paper based application is submission of passport along with biometric and the transmission of your application package to the nearest Canada VAC. There at the VAC your application is processed and the passport returned . Did you receive your biometric correspondence letter?

I didnt receive biomatric letter yet on that day i asked about my passport return they said emabassy will sent you email about yor decison if u get visa u will come with your passport otherwise stright way they will refuse

i applied visa on 26 june on that day i receive email my my visa application sent to ircc office and 2 days before my status chane that my visa application proceed passport farwarded to canda visa office islamba on 28/06/2019

Why dont you send a webform inquiry to IRCC? You can do that from your CIC account.

Yes i now realise that the paper based process is different for Pakistan and the passport is not collected upfront as is the case elsewhere. But have you linked your application online? You will find out the exact application status.
