Hey, I have started my graduation in 2011 and my degree has to be completed in 2015 but I took 2 year more due to some backlogs (8 backlog) and family medical issue... I had to go for family business.... So I have completed in 2017... I have 3 year gap now.. can I apply for pgdm in Canada.

It will be challenging given your marks and the length it took to complete your undergrad but if you can explain how the degree will make sense based on your previous education and work and how it will lead to career advancement you definitely have a chance.
