Want to immigrate to Canada need to know latest process step by step 2020

Hi Guys
My Sister in law wants to apply for immigration to Canada, She gave IELTS and got 6.5 average
L:7, W:7, Reading:6.5, Speaking 6.5

I am out from the process for very long time (like 5 years), so can anyone of you help her to have latest step by step procedure to apply for immigration, she is Computer Engineer but working as IT Teacher in one of the High Grade school in Karachi Pakistan, around 6 years experience now, her age is 31 yrs (Single).

The first step would be determining the CRS score from the CRS calculator:
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

The last few times CRS invites have been in 470s so assuming you max out on IELTS see what score you can get. If it's not around that range 450-460 then you need to look at other options. All the best.
