Want to apply for FSWP

Dear All,

I am from India.

I want to apply for FSWP. I work in an IT company in SAP.
I want to know if I can?

Also, how to find out how many seats are left in IT because it will take me a few weeks before i can fill all my application and submit.

1. I have done diploma in computer application (3 yrs course) from a private institute. Do I need to get transcripts for this course also.
2. What about class X and XIIth certificate?
3.What do transcripts include? Is it just marksheets or both marksheets and degree as well?
4.At 44 yrs, can I make it.

Also, I read that all the previous employers' refrence has to be given which one has worked with in last 10 years.I have been with the same employer since last 10 years. Should I then not show my previous employers.
