Want immigration to canada but have arrested in false case while working at middle east country

I was manager in company who filed case against me after i resigned there. They charged me of stealing money and i had to settle my case because my boss was angry for resigning. i tried fighting my case but no arabic knowledge made me settle. No one was unable to understand english at police station or court. I am now unemployed and want to workin canada. Can i immigrate to canada after tht case?

You would have to apply through https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html and check where you stand. You would have to report your case as part of questions. It will be a factor but may not lead to automatic rejection. You can provide your case details there just as you provided above.
