After taking withdraw from college I can work my college ends in feb 19 but I change my college and took admission in another college in May 19 so my new college starts on between that period I can work or not. Right now I also have legal study permit.

Others can comment but by withdraw you mean you did not complete your program of study but withdrew from the college without completing, in which case no you cannot work in between.
