Walk-in stamping at New Delhi

Hey guys,

I'm done with my medicals yesterday. I will be sending my Biodata form and pay RPRF fees today sometime. I'm travelling back to India for about a month in two weeks time. On a very positive thought, if I receive my PPR very soon, I wanted to look for my options.

I was wondering if I could sent them a request to do my stamping in New Delhi? Since my flight is landing there, I was wondering if they accept walk-in stamping?

Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

New Delhi CHC do not do walk in stamping.

You need to write to CPP-o to request it.
Assuming you haven't sent your passport already of course

So do I need to send email to CPP-O, requesting them to allow me to submit my passport to VFS Canada offices in India??

Yes - keep in mind it might be a couple of weeks before they respond
The the option is to go to India and come back within 60 days and send your passport when you get back

How much time it takes if i submit my passport here in Canada? I understand it usually takes 15-20 days for passport to return.
Then I have to do landing and then I have to wait for PR card (not sure how much time it takes). total will be more than a month process..!!

You can submit your passport in Canada, get it stamped with visa and get CPR.
You can then go to India and come back and do your landing i.e. you can enter Canada back using the PR visa and CPR document. Visa is usually valid for one year from the date of medicals.

Thanks but I have to ravel within a week, if I submit passport it will not come back to me within 3-4 weeks.
