You should assume it will not be possible to find a job and get a work permit. If you want to move to Canada, you need to focus instead on qualifying and applying for PR through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
If I applied job immitialy I got job in based my experience but in canada why you should not treat us your people, this different hurted some job seeker mind so you treat your people like that.

Your question is difficult to understand. I am assuming that you are applying for jobs in Canada from outside of Canada and that you are not a Canadian permanent resident or citizen - is that correct?
If that is correct, then the reason employers are not willing to consider you is because they have to go through a very very long and very expensive process to hire a foreign workers. This process typically takes six months and costs them thousands of dollars - with no guarantee the work permit will be approved. They must also prove that no Canadian could be found for the job. Because the process to hire a foreign worker is so long and expensive - most employers are not willing to go through the process.
