What was in the webform? There are a few different answers to this question depending on why you sent the webform.

Did you request reconsideration?
Is there a specific way to request reconsideration? I did write a paragraph to explain my situation and hope to be considered with my attached document. And I got an email said that they have forwarded my enquire to responsible office
Then you requested reconsideration. There is no official form. They are reviewing your request and it can take a few months to hear back.
You should be aware that where the error was made by the applicant, IRCC will usually not reopen the application. The most likely outcome is that you will need to reapply from scratch. But also some small chance they will reopen the application. There's really nothing you can do but wait.
So do you think I should submit a new profile to the EE pool while waiting for the respond ?
