I activated my account and for some reason couldn't create a profile. Now I'm back in queue awaiting...

"The number of users in the queue before you is: 8032"

Any one else in the same boat? What if you can't complete your profile in 60 mins?

same here, i created my ACCOUNT TODAY but cant create profile.

You can login again when u run out of time while filling the application. The session last for 60 mins, thats it. U can complete the application any time. But the submission matters here, that is to submit with in 10 mins when the date is announced.

I have doubt about account creation , if i sign in for a new account it shows only french language, it doesnt shows in english language

I got it finally.
Regarding attestation of the diploma, does WES ECA work or do I need to get it attested by the ministry in Quebec? How about IELTS attestation? I could not find any option to upload anything then why there is a warning message at the beginning that I should keep the documents ready at the required format? Sorry lot of questions...

There is no need for your ECA. Get your diploma attested by the issuer. If not have a look at the following link.

Once you submit the application during next intake you will get a list of documents to submit by mail from Quebec immigration.
