Waiting since long

Hello every one ,
I applied as skilled worker in june 2004 and after file number i did not receive any thing from CIC ISD till now.Can any one suggest me what to do.secondly some changes are made in my status like job changeover and now married.thirdly when i applied my passport of that one bear also my cast(e.g Syed Raheel ather)and my name in documents is only Raheel Ather that is without cast.could it make problem.If yes what should I do?fourthly as some handsome amount is needed at the time of visa like 13800 (for two persons)canadian dollars at the time of interview so my wife's account is well maintained since 6 months but my is not but I am principle applicant.could she show her account statement at that time.Please guide.

1- Email CHC and ask for your update mention your file number as well, since its high time.
2. Wait for CHC response and if they ask anything then you can send the update to them by mentioning the changes.
3. You can show your wife's statement, it will not be a problem.

i applied for pr in dec2003.my file no came in jan2004.they had asked for updated documents.i sent the same in oct2008.since then waiting to receive medical papers.if any body let me know anything regarding this i will be thankful to them
