Waiting last 4 months after meds!!!!

I am waiting for last 4 months after meds for geeting PPR from CHC Singapore.

How long i have to wait?

Is there anyone like me, pls update your status.

Do you have any idea, why they take so much long time??

My consultant informed me that, my file is in under background/security check.
if i don't receive PPR within 15th Feb'10 then he will send a case specific inquery at the end of Feb.

I think your 11-month wait for PPR is the record. Do you need to take medicals again?

My request to submit the passports came nearly 14 months after medicals.Medicals were done by Aug 08 and request for pp came on Nov 09 nearly 2 months after the medicals expired.So don't worry .

I have contacted CSIS who conducts Security Screening for immigration applications and they did not reply yet. Lets hope for the best
