sent our passport last September 27, 2010. May i know whats the status of your ecas now? how long usually does it take for our passport to be returned to us?

sent passports on 4oct 2010.I think it takes min 15 days and max.4to 5 months as one of my friend get back his stamped passport after 4.5 months.

It is mostly 22 days for visa stamping from the date of submission and passport returns to applicant. I hope you will receive your passports by 25 October 2010

My - ECAS still shows " In Process" no change. i did check with my bank as to whether the Bank draft has been encashed, it has not been done.

hi, what do you mean by "i did check with my bank as to whether the Bank draft has been encashed, it has not been done." you mean somebody will encash your money with out u knowing?

I dropped off my passport to LA Visa Office on Sept. 21,2010.Still waiting......are they going to send the passport back with the address you indicated on the prepaid returned envelope? I usually received responses using my lawyer's address in Canada, but now I'm using my address here in LA, and wasn't able to update LA Visa Office with my new addresss, only the prepaid envelope with our new address as return address.Do you think it would cause delay on returning of my passport? Thanks

Hi , i dont think that should be a issue, in fact i have also sent the prepaid courier envelope addressed to my office address. but i have mentioned in my lettter the reason in a requesting the same to be mailled to my office address is since it would be delivered safely.

Praise God! Finally I received my passport with visa stamped. Drop off @ LA on Sept 21,2010, received by mail on Oct 8,2010.Hopefully you'll get yours the soonest possible. Always remember that everything is in God's perfect timing. Till next time.

the passport reached on 30 sep and was stamped on 12th oct.
