Waiting for PR and got job offer in the US

I and my wife are waiting for Canadian PR but got job offer from the US and would like to accept it.
My wife is not in Canada now, she is waiting for PR abroad.
Can I apply for US visa in Canada for me and my wife together
or she has to apply separately in her country
or I should go to US then send her invitation to apply for US visa?

This is a question for a US immigration forum. Read the US visa rules and follow them. It depends on your country of citizenship and this has nothing to do with your Canadian PR application or status in Canada.
