Waiting for PPR. Decision has been made. Does anyone know how long is the wait?

Hello All

I have applied for PR Express Entry on July 19, 2018.

I contacted CEC via 'Web form' and they told me(on March 19, 2019) that the decision has been made and the responsible office will contact me to provide that decision.

My VO is in Montreal.

Does anyone know how long until PPR? And do I consider decision made as a positive sign?

Please help!!!!!

In my case it took 1 day for dependant to get the PPR and 1 week exactly for me, the principal applicant, from the day the final decision had been made and written in my file.
