Waiting for positive LMIA, since 2 months ago

My lawyer in surrey BC .has submitted my lmia for approval but haven't received any reply as 2 months and 15 days ago...
How long approval can take for positive LMIA , and why it is taking too long ? Did it takes too long sometime for positive lmia?

4 months is pretty average.
