Waiting for my visa since November, is it normal ?

Hi guys.

SDS/ Humber college /ontario office
I applied the 29th November 2020
Medical/review started 29January
Asked for LOE in 17march
Uploaded the 18th march

nothing since then, applied for gcms and still waiting.
Sent many webforms , all answers were automatic replies.
I don’t know what’s taking them so long.
Any ideas please? Anyone in the same situation?
