As my eCAS was updated on 14 th January and 2nd line was added stating that..
we started processing your file on 10 January,2014 ....


BUT TILL TODAY AFTER 16 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FROM NDVO...

Please guide mates,
