Waiting for medical from NAIROBI

Hi all,
Received my csq in june 2013 and applied for pr in the same month..in august 2013 got aor and upto now no news..everyone else who applied at the same time has already got medical request..i am from mauritius.
Any ideas how to cntact nairobi? I have e mailed already but no reply.
