waiting for cic update...fastest way to send a gift to surrey??

hi guys,

i know this is slightly off forum...but i apologize as i'm running out of time....

it's my wife's birthday next week..i need to get something for her from surrey..i wuz really hoping if someone who has experience sending online gifts could help....

something to really cheer her up amidst this doom and gloom of waiting for any updates on our application....

really really appreciate any help...

flowers are a great idea! Also amazon.ca and chapters.ca should have loads of gifts and they giftwrap stuff as well and include a card if you want (and they send the bill to you so she doesn't see the price), and you can rush order things. There are CDs and books and calendars and loads of stuff! Love songs or love poems maybe?

Just got my hubby a calendar with photos of canadian landscape, and I marked his anticipated landing date on it with a big heart, and did a countdown for the days we'll be apart. [cue the "awww" noises from the girls] Well, he's as mushy as they come so he liked it.
