Case:
I am Canadian Immigrant filed for Immigration for my mother (from India) in September 2008. We just recieved letter from Mississauga office about additional papers and forms in Dec 2011. We sent it asap and then they sent us "Decision Made" - Sponsorship approved on Jan 2012. As i have requested to transfer my file to Buffalo as my mother is here in Canada, they accepted the request and my mother's immigration file is been transferred to Buffalo office now.
Questions:
1) No that sponsorship approval is done, how long it will take to get medicals for my mother?
2) Do you recommend me to get her police clearance from India now or should i wait until i hear back from them?
3) Will there be any more forms or fees i need to fill out/pay now or have to just wait for the answer?
