Wait time for ppr after medical

Hi,

I have applied pr in may 2010 in arranged employment class.
Medical is done in sep 2012 .. It's 11 month now and still waiting for passport request

Do you know if its normal ???

Plz post your complete detail you noc ....your visa office and from where you are and now im afraid that your medical is near to expire and have you ever email to your visa office about your case ......
