COmputer Instructor 4131 4 years & more
Software Engineer 2174 2 years
Network Administrator 2181 1 years
Can i write all of these Plz explain clear

You can apply for IT Professional NOC Code using NOC Code 0213....
You cannot apply wth the NOC Code mentioned by you......
But you will have to show proof of all the work experience.
Check if you job duties match the 0213 NOC Code.
Also if you have worked for some organization as a Senior Person and team members working under you for at least 1 year then only you are eligible for applying as IT Professional.
Match the job roles by yours and check.....

You are eligible under 4131 and in your application you can mention all the NOC codes which you have got.

Under 4131 you should have worked atleast 1 year whcih is the eligibility and in your case you are eligible.

Yes write all of them, though you get points only for four years, but you are expected to share detials of all past work eperience

As per your work experience, try and see if it matches with any of the 38 ministerial list NOC's. If it even matches 75 % and your employers can validate it with original reference letters (At least for the current job) then you can write the NOC which matches yours. Title is not important but it is the duties.
