Wait for Police Clearance Certificate or Use the Form Below?

Hey guys, should I wait for CIC to send me the form to request police clearance or just use the police clearance request form I found using google that is hosted on CIC's website? I wanted to post the exact link but I'm not allowed yet.

Reason I'm asking is because it takes a gazillion years for the Police clearance to be processed so I wanted to get ahead. However, I don't want them questioning me and putting my ITA in jeopardy on how I got the police clearance even before they send me the request.

Any thoughts? Has anybody submitted a police clearance even before it was asked by CIC?

For most countries you can go ahead and obtain your PCC before obtaining your ITA.

For others you cannot obtain it unless IRCC sends a letter AFTER submitting your eAPR.

Depends on the country.
