Hi my situation is I’ve applied for PEQ, I’m in Canada, the process time is over 7 months now and I was planning to stay in my home country before getting the PR.
I’m tired of waiting and I need to go back to my country for a while for personal and family reasons.
Do you guys know if that is possible? Is it possible to change my address and do everything from outside Canada? Even before getting an official approval of CSQ from MIFI?
