Wait for Buffalo AOR or send additional documents

Hello.

I sent full documents a week ago to Buffalo. They were incomplete since the 120 days limit was approaching and I was still waiting for FBI PPC.
So I sent my full documents with and explanation that I am missing PPC and will send as soon as I get it.

I received today my PPC, but didn't receive the Buffalo AOR yet.
Question: Should I send the PPC without having the Buffalo reference number, or wait for AOR from Buffalo and then send the PPC?

I am afraid that waiting for AOR will take a long time and I could send the PPC in the meantime.
My concern is: will they find my case number and put the PPC in it without having the Buffalo reference number (cause I know they issue another number when they insert your file in their system other than the CIO ref number).

if u send it like that......may be it get lost...............so better sending it once you get your file number.....


but i think atleast send notarized copy of that,,,,include letter from nova scotia with that...so that they get your file number and explain them that you have not received your file number yet....i mean your whole situation....better do something then nothing

I thought about that. I think I will wait a couple of weeks and if I don't get the AOR I will send the PPC.

Hi,

I'm in the same boat as you... I've sent my full packet this past Monday, however, my PCC from FBI is still pending and has not been received. I was planning to forward FBI PCC's to Visa office immediately upon receipt. I think of creating cover letter indicating initial AOR# (from CIO NS at least this is available so far) along with originals from FBI. Just my 5 cents...
