i want to know about fbi clearance and when its need and what is its method
secondaly i live in yk and usa for 3 months am i need to mentioned this peroid in sheudele 1 form .

You have to mention any single thing.... in your personal history. I don't think if you live in USA for 3 months then you are in need of FBI etc... You need FBI clearance when you need a police certificate from USA and its when you use to live in any country more then 6 months.
