Hi. I'm applying AIPP but there is an issue about wage so I need some helps for this.
I'm basically working on closed work permit based on LMIA and the skill level is C, with median wage.
My employer is designated so I asked him the endorsement for me, but he's saying the wage is too high so wants to give me a new offer.
I can agree with the lower wage because of this COVID19 circumstances.....
Anyway, do you think it could be approved if the wage on LMIA and the new offer of employment are different???
(For sure, I will get the LMIA wage until the new work permit is issued...)
or does he need to apply for new LMIA for me before applying AIPP??
I know it is so weird but I want to apply for PR as soon as possible and AIPP looks like the fastest one....
