Hi
I have W1 visa that expires in September 2011. I had Work Permit with a firm where I no longer work, hence it is expired. I want to get admission in an Ontario based college (Sheridan) in a year long post graduate coarse. I have 2 recognised unversity degrees, 7 years work experience, portfolio and references. I am almost 31. My questions:

1- Do I need a Study Permit to get admission or will i get a study permit AFTER I secure admission?
2- Do I need to leave country in order to apply for that study visa or can I stay and apply?
3- I belong to a non English speaking country but I have professionally lived and worked in London uk for 2 years on HSMP visa and 6 months here in Canada, My university transcripts come with a letter that specifies "All courses tought in English" which, for my HSMP(highly skilled migrant programme- UK) application, worked fine for me. I never did a Toefl or Ielts test. I was'nt asked for that when i applied for Canadian visa from london last year. DO I NEED IT NOW FOR STUDY VISA?
4- Is there anything else that I must know?

I will appreciate any response to any/all of these questions. Thanks a lot
cheers
