I would like to get informations regarding volunteering visa how does it work and can volunteering visa comes with second option of taking employment (work permit ) or can I change it to other options after a year of working as volunteer Please assist

There is no "volunteer visa" as far as I am aware. There is a "visitor visa" for a maximum of 6 months and that carries a "no work" condition. Volunteer activities are only available under circumstances where nobody WOULD ever be paid, even if they had the right to be. Be very careful about what constitutes "work". There is no progression from "visitor" to "worker".

Agreed with the above - there's no such visa.
