voluntarily renounce your PR Status

Hello guys, i was granted PR in 2003, it did not work out at the time to stay in Canada and since left, 17 years later i am now married with kids and family have now moved there. We are in the process of re-applying and need to urgently renouce my previous PR as i did not know if it expired you are still a PR. Due to covid anyone knows the fastest way to do this?

I don't believe there is any urgent processing available due to COVID.
