hi there..
here's my story.. i stay in canada for 2 years as a TFW.
on my vacation in 2010, my mother in law file a case against me.
(they said if i commit that in canada it will be a maximum penalty)
so on the time that i need to return to canada, the case is still on going.
my in-laws reported me in the immigration that i have a criminal case.

when i arrive in canada on april 2010 the immigration did not allow me to enter canada.
instead they put me in VANCOUVER JAIL! while they are requesting for the documents,if the report is true.( i stay in jail 8 to 10 hours )

when the immigration officer receive the documents, that my case is still on going.
they full me out on the jail and ask me if i want to enter canada?the immigration court will decide, if they will allow me to enter canada.

i told to them send me back home and i will face the charges against me..i just want to work in canada for my kids..

after that i sign a form IMM 5292 that i voluntarily leave canada.

on july same year the resolution came out that there is no probable cause on the charges against me.

right now I'am working here in middle east for 2 years .
my younger sister is in canada right now as a TFW.

my question are do i have chance to enter canada again?
do i need to apply for ARC?
am i a subject for normal examination at the port of entry?

YOUR ANSWERS & ADVICE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED... THNKS...!
