VO request - Photos

Hi, I posted this in the March thread but not luck getting an answer so I'm trying here:

Just got a request from the VO which isn't clear.

The letter pdf attached to the message in GCKey is just the photo specs (nothing else) saying "to take with you to the Photographer" listing the same requirments as the pictures we have to submit with with full package (info written behind 1 picture, name the photographer, etc) but when I go to "Submitted Application", there's a field labeled "Digital Photo" where I have to upload one...

What to they want? A digital pic or a printed one to send to the VO??


They also ask for the an updated document, in a separate message on GCKey, which says to send by email but there's also a line to upload in "Submitted Application"...I won't take any chances and will upload and send by email...

Any general idea where we are in the process when they ask for that kind of stuff? Is it because they just "lost" the ones we provided or we're close??

As anyone received a similar request from the VO?

Shortly after the CleGC request by mail where they ask for the picture to be "sent preferably by email or by mail"

We sent it by email few weeks ago but no news from CIC

what i did is i uploaded them to gckey, then i mailed them to the VO AND i emailed them...

chances are they werent the right size to be completely honest.... thats usually why.... .my husbands were fine and his sons were NOT

They were as the 2nd ones are identical to the 1st ones (I took the spec they sent with us to the photographer)
