Is there anyone with Visa office as new Delhi here?

I've called the IRCC and they mentioned that my application is with VO new Delhi but its been more than the regular processing time and I have no update. Please help!

Any one had any update on the expected time they take? Or whom to contact if it's struck there? For me it has been more than a month since my application is with NDVO

your AOR and status of applcation.. is that NA2 or ip2.
