VO Change??

HI All,
I have applied from Pakistan about 6 months back, I got first approval 4 months back.
I am going to USA for about 2-3 years now.
I want to ask that Can I bring my file and change the VISA office to some VO in USA??

No, you cannot change your VO. Only VO have this power "under "Program Integrity".

bounty our Vo may not change but u hv to inform the VO tht u r relocating to USA.

Okay so you are right. Than what should I do in this regard of going to USA. Shall I inform the VISA OFFICE? Although my parents and other family members will be living at the current address.
Shall I inform them about USA address than will it have a Positive, negative or neutral effect on the app processing?

Yes, it is important that you inform the VO of change of address and add the details of the new job/employer,if you going to join a new job.

Since you have mentioned that you shall be in US for 2-3 yrs, you will have to provide FBI certificate if you lived in US for more than 6m and the file is still in process.
