Hello All, I am kind of worried right now. The VO akes for new mailing adress because they want to send new remedical instructions and ask for new PC. We sent them new mailing adress via email. Until now, we received no letter from them. Now I am thinking: Was it ok to just sen an email stating our new adress? Becaues the wording of the VO's email was "to produce following evidence: new mailing adress as we would like to send you a letter regarding new medical instructions etc..." Do they need evidence of new adress? If so, why did they not advise us once we send new adress by email without evidence?

E-mail should have been fine. But it might be a month or two before the VO gets back to your file.

THanks for the answer. I am worried because they said he has only 60 days time to send those documents and the leter has not arrived yet/ Do I don't know, is it 60 days starting from their email or 60 days once I receive their letter with instructions?

Generally, 60 days from the e-mail (IF they send a letter, it will have the same date, but it's unusual to get both e-mail and a written letter). Note that if they don't get it in 60 days, you'll get another final warning.

anf thats the thing that I am worried about. I cannot do the remedcal because I dont know what they are asking, and the letter has not arrived/ And they explicitly said, they will send a letter. but I send them another email asking if they received my adress, wouldnt they have answered me, if they needed rfeal evidence of the answer?

If they said they'd send a letter, then they will send a letter.

I wouldn't worry until 30 days have passed.

Note that they will send a final letter if they don't hear anything.
