hello
my friend have red passport of italyso he want to apply for work permit so he have some question
-how can he apply the work permit?
-how much funds he needed to apply for because some lawyer said to have 25000$ for whole process?
-how much time it will take?
-what province should be good to apply?

If he wants to apply for a work permit, he needs a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to provide an approved LMIA. The work permit costs a few hundred dollars. I would stay away from any lawyer who tells him he needs $25K to go through the process. Sounds like a scam.
