Dear sir/madam,

I applied for vistor visa last month and I got refused as mentioned below.

Reason:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I applied via a consultancy from Bahrain.
I'm from India and I'm working in Bahrain from 2016 to till date with same employer.

I gave below mentioned doccuments as requested by conaultancy agent.

1.Bahrain bank sstatement with 1100bhd balance
2.Indian bank statement (sbi-nri) with 360000 ruppees balance.
3. Valid employement visa until 2021
4.previous travel visa copies
Uk, Schengen, Switzerland traveled in 2002.

I have an issue with my attached bank statement too. As per attached statement 30% salary has been credited to my account via transfer and the balance 70% is given through cash, which I'll deposit later and I have shown.

Ans the consultant failed to attach my salary slip, salary certificate, noc from employer.

I don't know how many days he applied and how he applied for visiting plan for Canada.

Kindly asist me to reapply.

You need to find out what your consultant submitted. If your consultant submitted false information, you may be at risk if you re-apply without knowing it.

Unfortunately, people in third countries (people who are living and working outside their home country) face a much higher level of scrutiny in applying for a visitor's visa. The question that you must address is - "What ties do you have to your country of residence or your country of birth to make you return there and not overstay in Canada?"

If you do not have sufficient ties, you will not be offered a visa.

I have land and lease agreements in my name in my home country for my return proof. And I have well paid job in Bahrain.

My only doubt is what he did? How I can reapply? How I'll collect the information what he applied? He is not giving any details?

You need to ask him, or you need to have someone in Canada request your GCMS notes and/or your entire application.
