Can I convert my visit visa, to work visa when I get to Canada? I need on this..

You cannot "convert" a visitor visa to a work permit. You need to qualify and apply for the work permit separately. To apply for a work permit, you need to secure a job offer with an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. Generally speaking, it's quite difficult to find employers who are willing to go through this process.

It is also a very long process even if you are able to find an employer with a positive LMIA or willing to apply for an LMIA. If you are not from a visa exemplar country you are likely looking for over 6 months to get a response about your WP application if you are able to find an employer willing to apply for an LMIA right away. You would not be able to work during the months waiting
