I (Australian Permanent Resident and Nepalese Passport Holder ) applied paper applications for my wife and seven years old son. Posted in 4th of July 2017 and from Melbourne to Sydney visa office. Original passports also in application. I am still waiting documents received acknowledgement email from visa office. Auspost delivered next day with signature. Just wondering how long normally take time . Thank you
