I got my csq and have already filed my federal application last month. I was thinking of going to Canada for my H1B work visa stamping with the US Consulate and was wondering if my application for a tourist visa would be denied with an application pending? Also, the first time i applied for a federal application, it was denied because I did not have the required experience. Do you guys think my visitors visa will be denied if i apply?
