I am a Nigerian, 43 years of age, In 2015, I applied for a Visitor visa, and I was refused visa base on purpose of visit, and by September 2015 I applied again after two months my visa was refused with another reason; no travel experience and purpose of visit. Although I stated in both application that I was going for a summer holiday, I want to reply now going for a business conference in Toronto which will be taking place in metro Toronto convention center, I have earlier indicated that I am a stockbroker and forex analyst and I have provided all necessaries documents for my application including reference letter from my brokers and the institution I attended . also, my trading histories, with all my trading strategies were provided equally, I demonstrated that I have a family tie, property documents were included in the previous application and my marriage certificate with my three children birth certificate, I have provided 5000 USD in my bank account and with my brokers I have over 50000 USD with Mastercard attached to my e-wallet which can allow me to withdraw cash from 130 countries where MasterCard are been used all over the world including Canada, I will be attending Money show Toronto 2020, A conference based on stock analysis, forex, and various forms of financial instruments,.. I will like to know if I can resubmit all my documentation since is exactly five years I have applied last, do I stand a chance to be granted a visitor visa.

The visa officer assess you and your financially capability. 50K USD with your brokers does not translate as your money.

No, as some documents cannot stay the same. There will be no change in your property documents, marriage certificates, etc. But of course there will be changes on your bank account statements and employment certificate (tenure).
I stand a chance to be granted a visitor visa.
Hard to say. No harm in re-applying but make sure you have addressed the reasons for refusal. Like the no travel experience, for the past 5 years you should have at least been out of your home country.

If you only have 5K in savings and you are a longterm trader that doesn’t make sense unless you aren’t a good trader. From my quick look the Money 2020 doesn’t seem like a conference for professionals but geared more for individuals managing their own assets or getting into investing.
