Where are you from? Given that your training is over you shouldn’t need a TRV anymore. This seems like an attempt to file for asylum.

I’m from Nigeria and my application was sent in 2months before the training commenced.

Your best shot is to order for your GCMS notes so you can actually know what and what you did not truthfully answer. Because if you rely on the VO's favourite lines you might be refused again and most likely it would come with a ban. So I urge you to proceed with caution. Nobody wants to ever get banned.

what would you like interpreted? Seems pretty straight forward no?

They feel the purpose of your trip is not detailed enough, that the quality of documents you provided throughout the application were poor, and of course the conference you wanted to attend had already passed.
