I had applied for a visitors visa to canada on 06/09 and today my passport has been received by VFS delhi. I still do not know if i have received my visa or not as my passport could not be courierd to me. Does an early response to visa means that the visa has been rejected. I am extremely nervous and would be glad if someone could share some of their experiences with me.
