You can't just generalize everyone from Africa especially since wither you meet the travel exemptions are a big factor in processing time.

Current Processing Time for Cameroon is 174 days (about 6 months)
You can write IRCC, if you fall under any essential class, for them to expedite your application.
However, note that the duration keeps changing every week. There was a week that it showed 120 days (about 4 months).
