Visitors Visa for my parents

Hi Everyone,

I am on an open work permit here in Canada and working full time as a supervisor at a restaurant. My husband's got an exclusion order including one year ban from Canada. He is leaving on May 4th. My question is are his parents eligible to apply for a visitor's visa ? Kindly let me know

Yes - his parents can certainly apply for a visitor visa. Whether they are approved will be up to CIC.
